Will Mellor impressed the audience and the jury with his moves on Strict. But where does the actor and singer go on vacation in his spare time?
A family man, Will . told express.co.uk: “We go on different holidays every year. I think it is so important to have time with your family.
“When you’re at home, life’s daily routine takes over so you can’t spend quality time with your kids.”
Will loves to discover new destinations and tries to visit different places with his family during the holidays.
He said: “We go to the Canary Islands in the winter months because we know the weather will be nice.”

Strictly Come Dancing has a demanding schedule and Will doesn’t get a chance to take a vacation while the show is filming.
However, Will said, “We’re going to the Caribbean next April because we’ve been trying to see my wife’s parents who live in Grenada.”
It was a difficult pandemic for the family as restrictions prevented them from seeing Will’s wife, Michelle McSween’s parents.
“We’ve been trying to go there for three years, but Covid is stopping us from going, so that’s our big vacation in April,” Will said.

He added: “It’s also my birthday. So we’ll be in the Caribbean having some quality time with the family and I can’t wait.”
Research by James Villa Holidays found that a quarter of children under 11 have already been on two continents.
Nearly 70 percent of parents said their children were more traveled than they were at the same age.
Will agreed, saying, “When I was a kid my vacations would be caravans. Skegness, that sort of thing.

Will loves staying in a villa while on vacation so he can “feel like he lives there”. He said, ‘I like to pretend it’s my house for a week.
“And I like shopping and that saves you money instead of hotels where you have to keep the kids away from the minibar!”
Although Will’s next big vacation is Grenada, he joked that people “might see a picture of me on a beach next week” if he’s voted out of Strictly.
He said: “If I can make it to the final, which would be incredible, I’ll probably have a Christmas vacation at home.”
