“My pilot uniform is made of natural breathable fabric, it’s loose so I can do my job comfortably and stay focused without unnecessary clothing-related distractions,” she said.
Christine added: “I also wear flat, supportive shoes for safety purposes. I advise passengers to wear comfortable shoes and clothes on the plane, they should avoid wearing high heels and wearing layers as the air conditioning (which is permanently on state) means it can get cold in the cabin.”
Many passengers experience motion sickness on the plane, but according to the commercial pilot, this can be prevented if travelers “don’t overeat before a flight and remember to take motion sickness tablets”.
