You can find Mariposa on the 3rd floor of Neiman Marcus, Ala Moana Shopping Center. This is also the reason why it is the favorite place for people who go shopping.
Remember that Ala Moana is in a strategic location with lots of great views, and since Mariposa is here, take advantage of the location! If you choose to eat at Mariposa, be sure to reserve a spot on the terrace. Enjoy your food while watching the scene outside Ala Moana such as the Magic Island.

What to order?
There are two types of menus at Mariposa; the Dine-In menu and the Sunset Lounge menu (offered from 4-6:30 PM).
At the bar you can enjoy a wide selection of cocktails, beer, wine and even non-alcoholic drinks.
For starters, try their Kahuku Corn Chowder, which consists of Ewa sweetcorn, focaccia croutons, and chives. The Laksa Curry is also recommended! The salmon in it melts in your mouth and you’ll wish you dig into it more. You just know that all the ingredients used are fresh and well cooked.
For the Sunset Lounge Menu, there are two categories to choose from; hot and cold menus. Their chilled King Crab salad with Mari’s butter lettuce, ho farm tomatoes, avocado, watermelon radish, sugar snap peas and green goddess dressing is an amazing meal!
If you don’t like cold meals, try their Smoked Brisket Sandwich, a house smoked beef brisket, toasted brioche, mustard sauce and Mari’s mini crudités from the garden. All these delicious meals can be enjoyed while having a great view of the scene outside.
